Cancellation Policy
We know how easy it is to forget an appointment, especially if you’ve booked it a while ago. No one likes a flaky scalp, and we know that you’re not flaky either. Just as a reminder, we will send you a text message 48 hours before your appointment. If you don’t reply, we’ll give you a call to double check if the time still suits. If you can’t make it to the salon at the time we’ve reserved for you, could you please give us at least 24 hours’ notice? That’s not a curly question, is it?
Of course, here at Shine Hair Co we understand that life happens, and adjustments to the schedule are sometimes necessary. But if you miss your appointment, show up late, or straight up don’t show at all, our other lovely clients miss out. We’ve put this cancellation policy in place so we have enough time to inform standby customers of the availability if you can’t make it, and it keeps our awesome stylists’ schedule filled.
If you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, we may charge you 50% of the service you’ve booked. But luckily, all that can be easily avoided by a quick call or text to the team. Thank you, we appreciate you, and we hope to see you at Shine Hair Co again soon.
